All participants will be asked to make an optional donation to Clydesdale Bank’s Nominated Charity, The British Heart Foundation.

The donation is to be paid by cash or cheque at your regional centre reception, don’t forget the amount raised will be matched by Clydesdale Bank.

In January 2005 Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks joined forces to announce the launch of a brand-new charity partnership initiative with The British Heart Foundation (BHF), the nation's heart charity. The BHF raises money to fund pioneering research into the causes and treatment of heart disease among men, women and children. The BHF's research breakthroughs have kept thousands of vulnerable hearts beating.

This exciting partnership enables the banks to focus attention on one charity partner and was launched with significant donations of £20,000 from each bank and a commitment that all fundraising will be matched pound for pound.
