Why is 02 supporting the Bid?

O2 is delighted to become a major supporter of Glasgow 2014. The city has a massive reputation as one of the great homes of sport, and over the years has produced some of this country's greatest athletes.

When we announced our £18 million investment in our new Customer Services Centre in the city we were keen to find a way of supporting and showing our long-term commitment to Glasgow and Scotland. At O2 we are always looking to provide our customers with the best possible experience and the 2014 Bid is a tremendous opportunity for O2 to invest further in the city and grow our brand affinity with Scotland.

We want our customers to get behind this bid and we will look at innovative ways of getting them and the general public involved to ensure that Glasgow strikes gold and brings the games here in eight years time.
