ICON defines, designs and delivers branding and live event requirements around the world for our clients in sport, corporate and retail environments.

As Official Provider of Look and Wayfinding to the Organising Committee, ICON is dressing the interior and exterior of every one of the 14 Competition Venues as well as supplying Look for over 30 non-competition venues.

From the sponsor branding on the field of play to huge exterior banners and wraps, from fence dressing to ground graphics, all the colour and vibrancy that an event needs to generate atmosphere for the spectators, both at the venues and on TV, has been scoped, produced and installed by ICON. We are also supplying over 20,000 items of Wayfinding and Signage, helping spectators, athletes, officials, media and VIPs to navigate the Games venues.

Furthermore, ICON is scoping, designing, producing and installing the City Dressing for Glasgow and the wider Scotland by working with both the Glasgow City Marketing Bureau and the councils of four other Commonwealth Games Host regions.

With a scope covering over 1600 lamp post banners, dressing on historic landmarks and a spectacular 3D Glasgow 2014 logo in the iconic George Square, ICON are tasked with taking the Games beyond the venues and out into the city of Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

ICON has also created and managed a custom built web shop which enabled councils and communities across Scotland to buy Look items to help them celebrate the Games.
