Glasgow 2014 is committed to recruiting a diverse and inclusive

the athletes, spectators, visitors and workforce that support the
Games. The approach being taken to the recruitment and management
of the workforce will promote and secure fair treatment, dignity,

workforce.
Glasgow 2014 will work closely with its partners and
stakeholders to encourage women, black, Asian and minority ethnic
people, and disabled people, to apply for employment and
volunteering opportunities with the Games.
In the run up to Glasgow 2014 we will be recruiting people to
work across a wide range of roles. We will be looking for talented
and dedicated people to join the team and help deliver this
outstanding event. We believe that our people are key to the
success of the Games, and that working for Glasgow
2014 offers an unique opportunity to be part of
an exciting project which will be staged on a global arena.
At the moment we are a small team of less than 30 but as we
approach the Games this will grow to nearer 1,000. All of our
