I love being up there doing my thing on the platform. It was incredible in Delhi in 2010 where I managed to pick up a silver medal. London 2012 was special as it was a home Olympics but I can’t imagine what Glasgow is going to be like next year.

The atmosphere at the London 2012 Olympics was unreal. The ExCeL Centre, where the boxing took place, was so loud. It was my first major competition on home soil and the nerves were there in the early fights, but when it came to the final I was ready to embrace it. In the changing rooms

The Cathkin Braes Mountain Bike course is almost complete now ahead of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, but I’m only too aware that I myself am not there yet!
