Journeys to Glasgow Library Events

Comedy

Did you meet the man of your dreams on the bus? Did you argue with the clippie? Did you get lost and end up somewhere better? Come along and tell your story to Janey and Ashley – they are so nosey!

Celebrating the nations’ comedy storytelling abilities, Janey Godley will tour to far-flung corners of Scotland in Journeys to Glasgow – gathering fascinating stories and images as she goes.

Closer to home, Janey – accompanied by her equally funny and talented daughter, Ashley Storrie – will visit selected city libraries to meet with and record individuals’ amusing or touching stories of their own journeys to Glasgow.

Library events confirmed so far include:

> Bridgeton Library (Saturday 22 March 13.00–15.00)
> Shettleston Library (Saturday 29th March 13.00–15.00)
