The Official Glasgow 2014 Tartan Design Winner

Last year I entered the competition to design The Official Tartan for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Two months ago, I was informed that my design was the winning one. I feel a great sense of achievement and I am very proud and honoured that my design will be used throughout the Games.
It still hasn’t sunk in, as it was such an unexpected win but also one that I am extremely pleased and proud of.
I am filled with mixed emotions to be honest. I am very pleased and excited, but also quite overwhelmed and shocked.
It feels fantastic to say that I designed The Official Tartan for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
