Notes: Claire was recently part of the ‘Achieve 2014 ‘ programme an initiative by Commonwealth Games Scotland and partners sportscotland to give talented athletes and coaches the opportunity to experience the CWG’s in Delhi, India. Claire thoroughly enjoyed the experience and took much from the multi-sport environment back to her squad as they commence their journey towards CWG Glasgow 2014. Claire worked incredibly hard, attended the finals of the Athletics, Hockey and Netball, received media training, gained an insight to the organisation behind the scenes at Scotland House, as well as her own personalised training programme. She presented herself and the sport of netball with a professional attitude and approach which was noted by many across all the 17 sports.
